Our standard inspection is designed to identify the details others miss. After your cleaning is complete, we verify that your vacation rental is clean, fully stocked, secure, and guest-ready before every arrival. Our goal is to protect your property, prevent negative reviews, and help deliver a consistent 5-star guest experience.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled based on the estimated service duration. If additional time is required due to property size, condition, accessibility, or requested services, additional time is billed at $95 per hour (prorated in 30-minute increments). Any additional charges will be discussed and approved before work continues.
